Liturgy

Here at St Michael’s we are extremely fortunate to have a Chapel with the Blessed
Sacrament reserved. We have a voluntary weekly mass each Friday at 08.15am which is attended by both staff and pupils. We celebrate mass as a school community during holy days and on the school feast day, 29th September. Every pupils starts there school career in Year 7 with a mass for pupils and parents, and at the end of their school career at St Michael’s we gather together to celebrate a mass again with pupils and parents. The Chapel is open for prayer during the day and throughout the liturgical year we follow the rhythm of prayer focussing during Lent on the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
